If your item arrives damaged, we’re here to help. To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

• A clear photo of the damaged item must be emailed to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Please include your proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Once approved, we will arrange either a refund or a replacement, depending on availability.
